Biography Dipl.-Geogr./MBA Ralf Trapphoff

Ralf Trapphoff has been a member of the GICON® Group Management Board since 2020. In his role, he is responsible for the strategic direction of the business units and is in charge of developing various innovation concepts. He is also Managing Director of GICON® Verwaltungs-GmbH alongside Dr Bernd Danz as well as Managing Director in other companies of the GICON® Group.

Trapphoff has more than 30 years of experience as a manager. Before joining GICON®, he was Global Director Onshore at FUGRO N.V. In his roles at FUGRO, he built up the Group's branch network in Africa and developed the strategy for the onshore geotechnics division.

Trapphoff is a graduate of the Technical University of Braunschweig, specialising in geography, and also holds an MBA in business administration from the Wolfenbüttel University of Applied Sciences.
